What do I receive immediately after purchasing SignaPilot?

You receive an instant download of the complete SignaPilot self-hosted software package (ready for Docker Compose, macOS and Linux) together with a clear step-by-step setup guide. You connect your own Telegram account and broker API in the interface without waiting for manual onboarding.

Which brokers and account types are supported?

SignaPilot is engineered around cTrader Open API with a hedged account (including IC Markets EU), and also includes direct connectors for IG and Capital.com (hedging enabled). MT4 and MT5 are not used.

How does the whole-trade monetary goal (+25 EUR) work?

Unlike simple per-leg take-profits, SignaPilot evaluates the combined net result of the entire signal in your account currency: already realized legs plus verified open P&L minus estimated closing costs. When the threshold is reached, it cancels remaining pending orders for that signal, closes only bot-owned positions, and prevents the signal from reopening.

What is the difference between PAPER, CONFIRM and AUTO modes?

PAPER runs a persistent local simulation using live quotes from your connected broker without sending real broker orders. CONFIRM prepares validated orders on your selected DEMO or LIVE account and waits for your click. AUTO executes validated instructions automatically whenever all risk and account gates pass.

Are my Telegram session and broker credentials safe?

Your Telegram session, local SQLite database and encryption key stay on your own computer or VPS. Broker credentials are encrypted locally; the public website does not hold your trading credentials.

What happens if my computer or VPS restarts while trades are open?

Broker-held stop-loss and take-profit orders remain active directly at your broker. When SignaPilot restarts, it reconciles open positions, pending orders and personal exit intents without blindly resending uncertain orders.
